As a mother of three children, I found a passion for women’s health and wellbeing during my experiences delivering babies. Never had I felt more strength and connection with my loved ones than during my pregnancy and delivery journeys. My purpose is to create a safe space where women are empowered, relationships are deepened, and everyone is both educated and prepared.

Childbirth Education and consistent support aren’t extras - they’re essential. When families are informed and supported through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, they experience greater confidence, better outcomes, and a more empowered transition into parenthood.

Our goal is to ensure that every woman and family in the North East Texas area has access to the essentials needed in starting their parenting journey.
