Pink Light Birth wants to bring real postpartum support to you. This course covers the beautiful season that is postpartum but equally the challenges that come with it - what physical recovery looks like, some breastfeeding basics, and how mental health can impact this season and what resources we have available. This class is the first Tuesday of each month at the Sulphur Springs WIC office. These classes are donation only.
